Former Peterborough keeper Joe Lewis has signed a contract with Cardiff City. The 24-year-old was a free agent having been released by Posh and as we reported earlier in the month had been sounded out by the Blues as well as the Bluebirds as Paul Jewell looks to bring in a new number one ahead of the start of the 2012/13 campaign.

At the end of April, Blues boss Paul Jewell said he was hoping to add Harford to his scouting staff full-time, the 53-year-old having worked part-time for Town during the latter part of the season.
